Even though the leaves have fallen and the weather is getting colder, there are still lots of reasons to visit Chattahoochee Nature center!

Sunday, December 11 from 12:00 – 4:00 pm is the sixth annual Reindeer Day! This holiday highlight brings you and your family live reindeer, performances, winter crafts, face painting, and more. Let CNC help you get in the holiday spirit, bring a picnic, and plan to enjoy a full day of fun activities including:

  • Storytime with Miss Julia
  • Winter Animal Yoga with Roswell Yoga Life
  • Hot Cocoa with Camp Kingfisher
  • Winter Crafts and Face Painting

Participate in the Winter Outdoor Scavenger Hunt every day through February.  This very popular activity has you searching for the sights and sounds of winter.  Pick up a scavenger hunt list in the Nature Exchange.

Sign up for this year’s Winter Break Camps to keep the kids active while they are out of school for the holidays.  NEW this year for 4th-7th graders, Survival Camp!
