Which HOUSE will be YOUR Valentine?

Which HOUSE will be YOUR Valentine?

Next week our love affair with love has its special day. Valentines Day!

Hopefully you already have that special someone, or are dreaming of them.  BUT! Is your house also your home?   That’s a love affair that gets no press this time of year, but think about these things we say

  • I love my home in the country!
  • I love that my home is so close to my work!
  • I love being at home on rainy days!

How many times do you speak of the LOVE you have for your home, its design, location, or features?  LOTS!  Unless you don’t!   My Team and I are Real Estate Matchmakers!  We can put you into a home that is positively DREAMY!  The one YOU’LL LOVE!  In the country – in the best school district – close to work – Master on Main – large level yard – 3 car garage – 4 sides brick – in a cul de sac –  near MARTA – walking distance to restaurants and boutiques . . . .  You name it, it’s part of  YOUR DREAM HOME, THE ONE YOU WILL LOVE, and it’s waiting to meet you!  Call me, so my Team can get you two crazy lovebirds together!

Happy Valentines Day (in your new home!)

Denise

Home Buyers Unite!

Unite with a great Real Estate Team that knows this Sellers’ market, and can negotiate the best possible purchase price for you.  It is no secret we are in a Seller’s market for home buying.  The result is properties selling very quickly, so quickly in fact that a home in our subdivision sold as an all-cash purchase within 48 hours of listing!

What to do??

First things first, Buyers, you need to know what you can afford!  Questions you must answer include…

  • “Do I have to sell my current house before I can make another purchase?”
  • “Will my debt-to-income ratio allow me to purchase my dream home?”
  • “How fast can I close this home buying purchase?”
  • “If I can’t buy now due to debt or credit issues, when can I buy?”
  • “If there are multiple bids on the house  I want, can I have confidence my bid will win?”

Compare Roswell to Top 10 Best Places

Home to several plantation houses from the Civil War era, historically rich Roswell is committed to a family-friendly environment.
It has some of the best public schools in the state, the lowest crime rate in the region, and a myriad of outdoor activities, making it easy to understand why families flock to this affluent Atlanta suburb.

Residents love their many public events, including the monthly Alive after Five summer festival, with plenty of food, shopping, and live music. –J.S.

Money Magazine

Roswell makes CNN Money.com’s Top-Earning Small Cities list!

Two Atlanta suburbs have made a business publication’s list of top-earning small cities.

Sandy Springs and Roswell made CNN Money.com’s compilation published Monday.

The median family income in Sandy Springs was $115,171 in 2009, and in Roswell it was $113,750, according to the online publication.
That compares with $172,541 in top-ranked Bethesda, Md.  and Wheaton, Il., with a median of $113,517.
The list is based on massaged numbers from census data, and only two places per state could qualify.

No Georgia community appeared on the list of cities with the highest average temperature in July.  Phew…That’s good!  Top-place honors for that went to Yuma, Ariz., where the thermometer reading averaged 106.5 degrees.

The numbers are for cities with 50,000 to 300,000 residents. The lists also appear in the August issue of Money Magazine.
